Apointment Day
I was up at 5:30 am after sleeping about 4 ½ hours. I forgot how hard it is to flip your sleeping schedule. Daniel got up at 6:00 am and John at 7:00. Now they are at the park throwing the baseball. I think after that we will probably head back down to the square and maybe take a trip on the Metro. After our appointment at 2:00, I will definitely need a nap.

I bet it is REALLY hard to sleep when your emotions are on full throttle... Let alone the time difference..
